4 yards of fabric - worth working for, I'd say.

Mim, glad you are along. Are you still out west?

I exercised yesterday spreading compost and mulch in addition to walking my furgirls. I love flowers almost as much as fabric, but fabric is lighter work - except when FMQ a quilt with a heavy cotton batt. That isn't going as well as I'd like - one part I don't care for, but there are too many stitches to rip out. I'm to the border now and managed to reverse the pattern from what I had drawn. Again, too many stitches to take out.

Now I'm off to the dentist becauseI broke another tooth. I'll check in later.

Eat clean, move your body and drink your water. If we'd all do those three things, this month could be an interesting contest. Our bodies want to lose weight this time of year. Let's help them do it.

I AM gaining control of my weight and becoming healthier.

Taboo Tues. This week let's try to watch those starches. Was going to put no potatoes, but didn't want everyone to hate me. So I decided to do the next best thing....... just be aware of how many starches you are eating. That is what I looooove. Who dosen't!!!!!!!! Of course I like what's not good for me and my blood sugar readings are telling me!!!!!!

Nancia and Everose have been talking about making a Spicy Spiral table runner. Here is the sample I made for the class I am teaching this summer. I still need to quilt it but I really like how it looks so far.I am teaching the class June 21 and 28.Anyone near Fairfield , OH is welcome to come. My first time teaching a class.
One more day of school with the kids and a day of meetings. Then I am off for the summer. WOO HOO!!!!

A very pretty Spicy Spiral. The colors are lovely. I need to do a burgundy/teal one soon. Not exactly popular colors in the fabric stores, but they are the colors in #3 daughter's dining room. Did you use a 9 or 10 degree ruler? Yours doesn't look the same size as mine, but I bind mine so that may be the difference.

Brenda, I have a book on clean eating. When I looked through it, I found it somewhat restrictive, but I'm going to read it with an open mind and take what I can from it.

    Good night, all.
