ok, missy's dr and i will never be friends. lol

i have been flat for 2 solid days so i think it's time i try vertical again. my exercise continues to be the 86 trips to tinkle as i am being very sure to get my water in. there is no way i can be dehydrated!

i found a quilt pattern and the fabric it is based on and got all excited! for $100 i could make this luscious quilt! then i found the water bill...for $181 i can be sure we have water. dang, it was a lovely dream. but for now, i AM losing, I AM LOSING. and i continue, losingly yours, nancia

    must have water.....

Journal thought: when I examine my character, what do I see as my biggest flaw? How does this affect my weight loss?

Motivation: Only 6 more days in the month! Time to kick into high gear, so that we show a downward tick on the scale. Even a 1/2 tick is progress!

Quilting: how does this biggest flaw affect my quilting? hmmmm
    Yes,I heard you.LOL

    Good morning everyone!
Nanci - get to that doctor and not just because of the quilt fabric (although that's a great incentive) but we want you feeling better.
Missy - I'm so glad you're doing so well. It's hard to believe you will be 6 weeks post-op in the beginning of July. Time just flies.
The sun is finally out today. It's been raining and cloudy for what seems forever. DH and I are going to quilt class this morning. We finished the blocks that were our homework assignment last night. The class meets once a month and I told DH we were never going to wait till the last minute to do our blocks again. Food is going good, I've been staying under my calorie limit and exercising so that is good. I weighed in yesterday and so far this month I've only lost 1 lb. but as someone on the board said slow and steady wins the race. Ialso lost an inch and that's more important to me than lbs. Hope everybody has a wonderful day!

I got another 6 or 7 FQs in the last week but unfortunately my nephew was playing in my sewing room and thought that the post-its I used to tell me who sent me what were taken off the FQs and used to make paper airplanes. UGH. Boys! So, I cannot thank each one of you that sent me a FQ recently because I do not know who sent them to me now. I hope you understand!

The fabric he left alone so they are safe from his grimy little hands. LOL!

I hope everyone is having a great day!!

I (finally) hooked up my new Wii today. Spent around 1.5 hours bowling, archery, and sword-fight/practice. I'm sore, but at least it got me moving.

Now to check out other games. Folks have told me that some of the dancing ones are fun. :)

    Kim,
I really want one of those, I think I would love the bowling. Probably the sword fighting too. My plan right now is to get a treadle machine and work my legs.

I've been sick all day. I have fever and chills, sounds like a kidney infection to me. My fever has broken twice and it is rising again. I have slept about 16 hours, just up long enough to eat and shots.
