Get better first, then get a Wii. Have some chicken & whole wheat noodle soup. Lots of water since you will need to keep the mucus moving & lose water out your nose. (icky, but true)

The bowling alone made me sore when I played it at an office mid-winter festival party.

MJ - I'm sorry you're not feeling well. Get better soon. My prayers are with you.

Sorry that I have not been active the past few days. I got my knee injections Friday and have had a reaction. Will be calling him first thing in the morning. It is not uncommon to have stiffness, but I need some assurances that this will go away soon.

Needless to say, NO exercise for me. My guys are feeding me and waiting on me. I did sew a bit yesterday morning before it got so bad. I have too much to do for this. These shots are supposed to make me BETTER!

Has been a fair weekend for me at work. I broke down after not having any kind of sodas for most of the month and got me a DR. Pepper today. Drank all of my water and will need to drink more tomorrow to get rid of the extra soduim today from the soda.

I am losing...........and it will stay gone forever.

Well, I weighed in today & was up one pound. Not too stressed over it since I noticed that I will do that at certain times of the month... ::whistles nervously::

I know that I did not lose the most weight here this month so that's alright. :)

If I remember correctly we had over 60 people say they wanted to join in this month. At the end of the month we PM MJ aka purplemem our weight lost and she will post who the winner is, after that we PM the winner for her address.

    Hope that helps.
