Here in the Thumb of MI, it is mostly set at 68° and usually wear layers in mid-winter. I use heavy shades that are down at night and when the wind is from the West or North during the day. REALLY miss wood heat since DH passed in 2010.

We live in Northern Wisconsin and we keep it cool 55 degree over night as we love the to have the heavier quilts on our bed and they are too hot otherwise, I know that sounds cold but I do not think it ever goes below 60-62 with all the insulation we have, During the day 66-69 as we are not home much during the day, after 4 it is at 69 or 71.

74-76 degrees year round... I have four layers on my bed in the summer and increase it to five or six layers in the winter and am still cold.

I used to be hot all of the time until I lost 112 pounds 14 years ago. Now I’m mostly cold.

We live in Maine and I usually keep it at 68 degrees. If it's a really windy day I might turn it up a degree or two.

I close a vet to the extra bedrooms and leave the bedroom window open just a little in the winter, plus a fan on :-)

I'm in Iowa and we've been getting temps down in the 30's or lower from time to time. Today its in the 40's and feels so warm to me. I have a thermostat on every floor so I keep it at 62 upstairs in the bedroom as heat rises and I'm under a goosedown blanket anyway. The 1st floor I keep at 67 because by the time I'm done for the day and ready to watch a little TV I'm sitting under a lapquilt which keeps me nice and warm. I'm usually in the basement most of the day and its not insulated and with only one baseboard heater for the entire area so chilly so keep it at 70. Even then it doesn't feel warm but if I keep busy I don't notice it as much. Have an older home built in 1900 and the prior owner didn't think to insulate before he covered the concrete walls.

My sister on the other hand keeps her temps above 70 as our mother of 91 lives with her now and she's always cold.

Ours is set between 70-72, anymore than that and I’m sweating.

In the cold months I keep a high of 72 and 68 at night. Hot months I keep at 78 during the day and night.
We get extreme temp changes in Arkansas.
