I had shoulder surgery in November and have been going to Therapy 3 days a week since Christmas eve. I went to my last appointment today and my therapist says I can now do the exercises myself and that I have great motion and good strength. It needs to get better but that just takes more time and he feels I can do that on my own!!!
I still have some pain and cannot reach behind my back, but that will come in time.
I see my Orthopedist Monday for my shoulder (maybe my last for that body part) and also to let me know about my MRI on my right knee. I could be right back at my PT office next week depending on what he says about that.
I hope to spend most of my weekend sewing!!!!

Great news, glad you are getting better. Just be sure to do your therapy at home like they told you. Take Care!

That is just great. Keep up with your exercises. I hope everything turns out well on your knee too.
