Yeap...Made it through OK. Was not AS bad as it could have been.

One less "first" to go through, now for the REALLY BIG ONE!

And Cathy's stone is now in place, her mom picked out a very nice one for her. It is nice it is there.......but I so FRICKIN" HATE IT AT THE SAME TIME!

Life will continue though...and we shall endevour(sp?) to "plow through" as Cathy wanted me to not give up, and have that life she knew would come for me and Adrian as well.

Ya' all take care out there! And just in case I don't make it back in time. MERRY CHRISTMAS And many years with only happy tears to come.

So glad to hear from you. I can only imagine how hard Thanksgiving was for you, but as you say, you made it through. You and Adrian will make it through one day at a time, together. Please know that my prayers and thoughts are with you. Be kind to yourself, don't expect too much and just take it one minute, hour and day at a time. Remember the good times and hold them close. God bless.

I was reading through some of your other posts -

Your writing reminds me of the novels of Nicholas Sparks.

I'm sitting here with tears running down my face.

Can't think of anything "helpful" to say to you - May God comfort and bless you and Adrian

Good to hear from you. Yes, you have the tough one coming up. And I'm sure you will enjoy it and hate it at the same time! Just a suggestion (from experience) - continue a special tradition for you and Adrian that Cathy started. But also try to find a new tradition for the 2 of you. Remember that good wishes will be coming your way from all of us. Merry Christmas!

I'm so glad to hear from you. Sure it was hard but the two of you are going to be OK. I think of you often.

Glad to hear you survived Thanksgiving. Christmas will be difficult for both of you.
I like the idea of keeping a tradition that you started when Cathy was with you at Christmas and keeping it alive for Adrian.
