Just returned from "vacation" - in the hospital!

HELPFUL HINT. Keep a small written log of your levels. You can get one of the small 3x5 or smaller note books and carry it with you at all times. If you run into a problem and are a different hospital or drs office they can see your history at a glance. All you need to record is the date, the reading, and how much medicine your taking. IE: 8/3/11 2.6 5mg. Dont be discouraged if it takes a while to get regulated, that is very normal. You may have to have your levels drawn while on vacation as well. Oh, another hint...carry bandaids with you at all times. Even a little scratch may bleed and bleed and bleed. HUGS!
