Why is it that a person tells you they want particular items you have for sale and won't get back with you about the payment? I had a person who did this once and now they did it again. I was trying to give them a second chance, but they ignore my PMs; they read them, but don't reply back. It reminds me of the old saying something like: Hurt me once shame on you, hurt me twice, shame on me! Why did I give them the second chance?

While it is a pain to deal with people like this, I have found that there are still 99% on this board that are honest and will do what they say they will do. Please don't let the few "bad" ones leave a sour taste with you. I have ordered from you in the past and I would hate not to have the chance to order from you in the future. :)

I have had the same thoughts. Too bad they do not get a rating and feedback, so others could be forewarned. I am sure that would change some.

That's were having a per-determined, stated time limit comes in handy.
Item goes back on sale. Quotes get re-quoted. The odds of the customer having a computer problem or family emergency at that particular moment in time are low.

We give them a second chance, because we like to believe there is good in people. I think you did the right thing, but now you know for sure. Don't do anymore business with them. When they want to buy something, let them know up front, that you will not sell to them because they don't live up to their side of the bargain. They are probably the type that would be the first to complain if someone did that to them.
