OMG Gai I am just playing catch up after getting back from NY and a 5 week visit with my son. I don't usually get to the General ChitChat but had nothing to do today so I took a peak. Then I saw your cake, I am ROFLMAO. This is just too funny. Especially your interjection on the tootsie rolls, I hope they loved it

Thanks Penny! And I just had an idea. We're having a big 50th birthday party for one of my sisters at her in-law's house this fall. I think I'll offer to bring the cake! She's actually my fave sister. She'll eat it! Heck, the whole family will! LOL Except for my BIL. He won't eat anything green, and this is worse! ROFL

Hmmmm. I have to bring my own birthday cake to share with the quilters at church on Monday. I wonder what they would say to this. I am really tempted, but I do want to continue working with them! And I DO have 4 indoor cats! These gals are senior citizens, I mean REALLY SENIOR CITIZENS, and the pastor will be there too. I work part time at church. I think I had better stay with another one of my recipes, but I will bring one for a pot luck!
