There are tons of recipes online. But basically you need a BRAND NEW Litter box and scoop. Make a chocolate box cake and a white box cake, and a box of jello no-cook vanilla pudding. Coarsely break the cakes up together in the pan and mix with the pudding.
Take a dozen or so vanilla sandwich cookies and pulse in a food processor till coarse crumbs. Divide in half and put a drop or two of blue food coloring in one, and a drop of green food coloring in the other. Sprinkle over the top of the cake to make it look like sand/litter.
Take some tootsie rolls, unwrap, and microwave for about 5 seconds to soften. Shape. Don't forget the one draped over the side. Add the scoop and serve!
Be sure to have a camera handy!

eeeeeewwwwwww...no I couldn't eat it, I simply couldn't.
Reminds me though I should clean the cat box...
