Oh these are too good!!!!
A great way to start the day......
........except I have not yet showered!! (We need a smiley for horror!)
You can bet I'll be doing a search even under the shampoo bottles before I turn on the water!

ha, ha, ha. that could have been me. I don't wear my glasses in the shower, of course. I did spray a spider in the sink in the downstairs bathroom, then turned the hot water on to flush him down the drain. Almost killed myself!! the bath is tiny and the steam made the spray spread. I couldn't breath!!! so spiders are safe from me for awhile. hair balls too!!

OMG tessagin I'm laughing so hard I'm crying at your story! I have done a similar thing in the shower, freaking out over a wad of thread floating in the water. I have also done the opposite (and please remember, I HATE spiders and I'm petrified of them, since I was a child)... picked up a piece of "lint" off the hassock in my living room, only to have it "come alive" in my hand... yup, it was a spider. He curled up when he saw me coming (I guess they do that as a protective measure) and then decided to uncurl in my palm. Total freak-out on my part! Everybody tries to tell me that spiders are the good bugs and we should like them, but I just can't do it. Even though I know how smart they are. Stay outta my house!

I have this same unaccountable fear of bees, wasps. Have never been bitten but the fear of them is really embarrassing
Although with any creepy crawler in the house I would call my DH to come and kill it. However now he is gone and so I have to put on my big girl panties and attack them myself. The first one was the hardest.
