Thank you for the lessons learned. I want to make some and have a stash of cotton clothesline...some is more loosely woven than others. Your tips will be very helpful!

I have tried this, but I have trouble sewing it together. It seems that my machine doesnt like sewing thru it all. Yours are so beautiful.

Valuable tips, Karen, and much appreciated. So much of this stuff isn't really covered in the instruction books and your advice will surely save some time and frustration.

Thanks, thanks, and I just know your class will go wonderfully.

Wow Karen, that's fabulous!! Can you tell us the dimensions of this particular basket? I don't own that book but would like to try to make one of these. How many feet do you think you wrapped of the clothesline? Did you have a plan for the break in the color and then another break - cause it looks like it was carefully calculated. How did you do that? Just spectacular, I'm amazed at the skills that are shared on this board, what an amazing group of people!!

You are now officially a "basketeer" of exceedingly great works. That is really a prize. Hope your enterprise goes well.
