My vegetable soup will be finished by then. I was also thinking of the 7 layer dip and torillas. Son wants meatballs. Daughter wants something healthy. I vote for chocolate chip cookies.
Actually, I think I'll just rotate thru everyone else houses today. Everyone else's dishes sound just great.
Have fun.

I'm taking hot Buffalo Chicken Dip (I'm making it with low-fat ingredients), baked whole wheat crackers and raw veggies. Also a pan of cream cheese brownies so that DH can put on it a Chicago Bears helmet. Every year he takes a sheet cake or dessert with this same decoration, no matter who is playing...our hosts now expect it.
I'm leaving before the game is over to watch Downton Abbey with my DD...we've been doing this every Sunday for the past month and I'd rather spend that time with her than watch football.

The spousal unit LOVES to cook, (YAY!) so he's making a basil stuffed grilled shrimp, "Smokie dogs",(Little Smokies wrapped in cresent roll pieces and baked) and my contribution is a bag of chips to go with his salsa!

I'm just going to start a batch of oatmeal cookies with cranberries. We will be have pickle rolls (salami or ham spread with cream cheese, pickle in the middle and roll up, slice into bite size pieces) salsa and tortilla chips. Not too sure what others are bringing.
(BTW, I'm rooting for the commercials)
