Add another vote for Sam Elliot. Susie you probable know Sam's voice. He's done lots of voiceover work in commercials. "Beef.....it's what's for dinner" , Dodge Ram, Ford and Chevy trucks and Coors beer are just a few of them.

Chester the Bunny--early 50's. Glad to know someone else shared my not-so-popular man crush. It's terrible to say that I was only in first grade but I had a crush on him.

Oh, and who else thinks Harry Connick Jr could make you go weak in the knees if you met him?

So do I. Those Hollywood celebs who look good on the outside have really disappointed me when I found out who they really were. No celebrity crushes here.

In my younger days it was Peter Noon, had his face on my walls. Now, Alan Jackson gets my attention!

Tom Selleck! I liked him in Magnum P.I.and Blue Bloods, but NOT the reverse mortgage commercial. So sad he resorted to hawking those.
Anyway, we lived in military housing in CA and filming was being done in some of the unfinished units. It leaked that Selleck was over there (mid/late 1980s) and had the time he'd be leaving. So, of course, we ladies were waiting. He got out of the car and shook hands...he looked directly into my eyes! His are the bluest I've ever seen!! It was a pretty exciting event for all of us. He was in the Navy and we Navy wives were pleased that he'd take the time to great us after a long day's work.
But my husband has always been #1. :-) For 48 years this December.

Penny- I looked him up and he does look familiar after all My husband and I were talking about this thread that I started. He knows it's all in good fun. He has nothing to worry about!!
As far as celebrities go- it is true that some are not at all nice as they look but that's true of regular people too!

I forgot two of my favorites: Mel Gibson and Kevin Costner. I thought they were incredibly handsome men when younger. No crushes on them though. I do remember watching a movie with Tom Selleck with him in Australia and my knees went weak! I like bigger men usually.
