    Please share the ratio of your spray and perhaps the name of the Cedar Oil. Do you think Pine Sol would work the same.

    Just to throw in my two cents.... down south we cut the grass and let the blades decay in place. The bugs don't stay. Something about the decay process makes them go to everyone else's lawn is what the bug man told me. No chemicals, no bags of grass to deal with. Hope that works in your part of the world, too.
