Nancia check this out. The build a bear stuffed animals are 18-20 inches so maybe it will work.

Emma is the 18" doll I ordered from NancysNotions. She is my in-home model for my DGD's Abby doll. This is the tote I made for my DGD. It is fully lined. Now I just need to look for some small things to go in her purse like brush, lipstick, mirror, etc. Shopping is fun! I sorta feel 12 again.

Too funny! I just found a site with a great idea. Buy ladies panties at the Dollar Store for a resource to make doll clothes. Check this site out. http://olddaysoldways.blogspot.com/2...underwear.html

May I ask where you got that shirt pattern. I love it. Capri's would also be cute with it.

I am so glad this thread was started and I found it. We bought our DGDs American Girl dolls and I bought patterns with the intention of making 100s of outfits, have I made 1, NO. But this has got me fired up to get them going before the grands are too old for dolls. Everyone's outfits are fantastic.

My aunt gave me a Poor Pitiful Pearl doll too. Grandma and I used to make clothes for her. When I graduated from high school and left home I gave her to my friends little sister, the biggest regret of my life.
