I thought my washer was clogged no water would come in so I threw the cloths in the dryer without rinsing. Just went to do the dishes oops no water at all! Guess Hubby will have to check it out and we leave at 5 am to go to Ohio for our sons wedding! So much for getting legs shaved tonight!!

Use body or hand cream with razor, then wipe with paper towel.

Congratulations on son's marriage. Drive carefully, avoid high winds.

Be sure to turn OFF washer AND sink faucets, never can tell when or if they might come on again, while you are gone.

Oh naturally.Things like that ONLY happen when your in a hurry,or need it the most.Well, guess you could do what my hubby and I did awhile back when our water was off.We used the cat's drinking water to clean with, but also always have baby wipes around. And yes,I shaved with lotion too in a pinch. And I got 6 / 5 gallon containers of water to keep on hand in case our power goes off again. We have well.septic.So,no power,no water,no toilet! Thus the water jugs>

We have a well too and septic too and Hubby thinks it is the pump so I guess next week will be an expensive one for us! I will have to do all my shaving an showering in Ohio!! Oh well his cloths are at least clean and mine are already in the van!! Usually have a couple gallons saved but of course not this time!!
We do have a creek near by so in case of an emergency we re ll set for the toilet!!

It always seems to happen before you go somewhere. We've had the furnace quit in the winter of course and the AC quit in FL in the summer (the water was all over the DR floor). Then, one time (no vaca though) the washing machine let go and emptied all over the floor!!
