I have to mix colors to make pink. We don't have any pink paint at work. I have done it before and painted my putty knives pink.

I did that with black luggage once. I bought a salesman's case at a garage sale and painted out the logo and then used fabric paint to paint a large paisley design all over the suitcase. It held up for years until I got rid of the case.

No one would ever dare lose or steal that suitcase. You could see it across the airport.

Years ago, when I lived in Houston, TX, there were people stealing heavy equipment - There are no license plates or VIN numbers on heavy equipment since it isn't operated on the streets. One company decided they didn't want to lose any more of their equipment. They painted all of their stuff pink with 15 inch purple polka dots. Ain't no way to hide those suckers unless you want to spend a couple of thousand repainting.

I worked in a hospital and people raided my desk whenever they needed something. I painted mine too and put my name in HUGE letters all over them. I didn't have any trouble after that.
