I also think it is staged as the car didn't move far enough for the cans to make a noise. However it does show what could happen so we must take care.

No sound, just watch. You will be flabbergasted. Okay, I think both men AND women should be aware of this. It could have happened to anyone of us. If you notice he got away with her car, purse, and keys without touching her and worst of all, she couldn't even give a description of the person to the police.(Thankfully there wasn't a child in the car.) I hate to admit it, but I could see myself doing exactly what she did. I'm glad I saw this video. Please watch and pass it on. Moral: turn off the car & take the key

This is why I remove my key and lock the door everytime I get out of my car. Actually, it is just a habit I developed over the years.

Thanks, Ditter. We all let our guard down and don't even think that something like that could happen. You have to put your mind in the set of the criminal's and that's not an easy thing to do (thankfully!)

Even pumping gas, i lock the doors and put the keys in my pocket.

Another thing that has happened at the Walmart near us, as the ladies are putting groceries in the trunk, a car drives by, the passenger jumps out, grabs the purse from the basket and off they drive. So quick, she doesnt know what happened. I ususally go to Walmart with just my fabric wallet in my pocket.

We have to be on constant guard.
