    also, I think salt water will do it a world of good, soak soak soak in the ocean. I know whenever I get anything, infections, even sinus issues we go to the ocean and Im in the water for hrs and am much better when I get home. sharet

    Try a used damp black tea bag, rub it on the places affected.

    I got poison ivy one year when berry picking and did not think I'de everget rid of it. I tried several things but what worked for me was washing with epson salts and water. Dried it right up. Hope you find a quick cure. This is simple and inexpensive.Jan

    Thanks for all the suggestions! I really hope this poison goes away soon. Taking along some quilting on vacation, and it actually hurts to close my hands, so I'm worried I may not be able to hand quilt. The Domboro is doing a decent job of drying it up. I sure hope it works fast!

    That is terrible. If it is widespread it will need to be treated from the inside out. Nothing you can put on it on the outside only is likely to help much. Better call your Dr. pronto!

    Super Ivy Dry or just Ivy Dry. Will dry it up in a heartbeat. Worked for me!

    Phels Nappa soap. It's a large bar of orangie/gold soap in the detergent isle. should be near the clothes detergent. It works so well...even if it's infected. My daughter just has to breath it, and she'll have it all over her.
