i started quilting in september and absolutely love it. i dont want to do anything else but quilt. i've attended the lancaster and hershey quilt shows and was fascinated with both. would like to meet other ladies who would be interested in quilting on a weekly basis. right now i quilt w/a friend on thursdays. we meet in each others home. bring our own lunch. we both have grandchildren and work around their schedules. also have 2 other ladies who meet w/us occasionally. would love to hear from you if you are interested in quilting. have a great day.

I believe it is the weekend of Nov 5.
I am sure you will find many quilters there you can connect with. I don't know how far you are from Mineola but can sure try

I used to live in West Islip! Just off Udall Rd near Union Blvd. I have a sister on eastern Long Island who quilts but she's really so busy I don't know if she can commit to anything or would want to drive all that far. I'll talk to her and PM you if she's interested. Did you make the Riverhead quilt show in June? They have a nice one every year there at the college.

hi! glad to hear from you. i live just off udall north of sunrise highway. we did not attend the riverhead show. dont remember why. my friend could have been in the hospital. we are 5 ladies alltogether that quilt together. 1) comes from east islip; 1) from dix hills; 1) from deer park; 2) from west islip. usually we meet on thursdays. we take turns hosting. love to have your sister. let us know if she is interested.
