    Oh thank goodness. It's not always such a happy ending when dogs go on the loose. I'm glad they are home safe now.

    Oh how kind you were to fine the owners. We had a sad thing happen on my street yesterday. Our neighbor's dog, a little Jack Russell was run over by a car and killed. I saw it from my window and hubby and I are just sick at heart. The owners are broken hearted. The driver didn't even see him as he chases cars and came running on the passengers side. We always keep our dog on a leash and I am so glad.
