I've never done yoga (well, we did it in PE class in college but that was a year or two ago), but my DD LOVES it! She says she can really tell when she hasn't been going. Maybe I should look in to it. I'm glad you're finding it helpful. I did take T'ai Chi & LOVED doing that!

My DD and grandson (nearly 3 now) got to a Mommy & Me yoga class every Friday. They love it! I have always meant to go to a yoga class but, I'll be honest, I'm lazy when it comes to doing any kind of organized or structured exercise. Too bad for me. :S

Any kind of stretching before bed helps me wake up less stiff. I practiced a few of the yoga poses again last night before bed. I didn't do a lot but can still tell the difference this morning. I'm going to make a commitment to keep at it! My sister signed us up for the 6 week intro class that starts the middle of September. I can't wait!

Good for you! I've been thinking about yoga because I'm really getting stiff and want to be more limber. My daughter loaned me a yoga DVD about 2 years ago -- maybe I should dust it off!
