    They look delicious! I do my own homemade pizza too but I've never ground the flour for them. Sounds healthy!

    the secret to having non doughy centers is the smaller size.when I made them bigger with same dough I had that problem-now they are done all to the center-personal size too.

    I love to make home made pizza. When the kids were little, we would make pizza and they would add their own toppings. They still talk about our pizza "parties."

    I like to make the dough in my bread machine. I usually use half whole wheat and half unbleached bread flour, then add italian spices and garlic to the mix. Smells wonderful when baking.

    So where does one get the wheat to grind, and what do you use to grind it?
