Good info,and I LOVE cucumbers. My stepfather was a doctor and he loved what he called "Chills and Fever" Cukes with thin sliced onions in a creamy dill sour cream sauce. Yummy!

wondering where you get a slice of cucumber after a business luncheon? Maybe they should have a bowl of them at the cashier, like mints!!


looked up the nutrition data as I had always heard they were not that nutritious

aside from 11% of your RDA of vitamin K, they do not have more than 2% of any other vitamins or minerals. And yet the site says they are a good source of vit. A, when it only gives you 1% of your RDA. Hmmmm...
