I don't know about you, but my time is valuable too. I need my post office.
I print online postage with dial up, no problems.

Our post office has always been closed on Sat. Well they do come in and put the mail out in the boxes but you can't buy anything like stamps or mail out any packages.
Also printing online is good BUT if they close your local office they sure aren't going to send anyone out to pick up your packages.
I will ask Richard our postmaster and see if he gives up any info about this. We are a small town too..only have 3 employees at our post office so everyone knows everyone here.
Have a good day all...sew something!! Linda B.

Is there anything at all that this horrible economy has not touched?

If they deliver your mail they will pick up your packages. Now if they stop delivering your mail you are really in trouble..

Ours in not open for window service on Saturday and closes for two hours for lunch now. Wouldn't be surprised if they closed it down eventho it wasn't on the Wall Street list.
