Thank you ladies, is nice to hear such nice things. Blouse is almost done except sewing down cuff and putting on button holes and buttons. I have a heirloom button hole on my machine so it shall be fun.

I used to volunteer at an 1850's working village, before Olivia was born. I made all my clothes, even made the bloomers, a corded slip and a camisole. It was great fun. Sometimes I'd take a couple of days to spend in the village making clothes for the ladies. Now Olivia consumes all my spare time, very happily so.

Here it is all done. Everything is read to wear tomorrow. Still have some gathering to do...
Went to a shop hop today and got Civil War Sewing Gathering a book it is very interesting. Will take that and several othe books. Plus some charm square(I know it is cheating) to make some samples with...will take camera..
