    Love the blouse. My boss's husband does re-enactments. Has been in several movies too-"Gettysburg" for one. Really cool but I like creature comforts too much like heat, air conditioning and food. :)

    Will you share pictures too...I added a black ribbon around the neck today...it was so nice out and the blouse was cooler than the pink on I made last year...I must really make a second pair of bloomers for these hot days..I have pictures of this weekend will post tomorrow.

    Here are some pictures...not good ones of me though...
    I have a quilt display, and I did sew most the day. The cabin behind me was built in 1855. A front porch was added as well as an attic.
    I have include a picture of my husband. He is the blacksmith, and no he didn't have his period shirt on as he only has one. (so far) He wore it the first day. He is talking to some people. He steals the show every year. All he has to do is start pounding on the anvil...he is an artist for sure.
