    It's difficult to keep watching and make dinner at the same time...especially since I'm making fresh applesauce and some red cabbage to go with the pork roast. I'm trying to decide between Spaetzle or potato dumplings...once I feed the hungry bear (hubby) than he won't bug me for awhile for this kind of dinner. :thumbup:
