Happy Birthday Nancia. You can enjoy some treats for your birthday, just be extra good the rest of the week. Pam I did Zumba the last 2 summers and loved it. I am hoping to do it again this summer. I can get a pass from the city to do as many classes as I want for the summer. I can't remember the cost. I try out all of the different classes. Some I liked some I didn't. My knee has been bothering me lately so I will see what my knee can take. I see the doctor on Monday. I think I need another round of Synvisc shots. I am walking a 5K tomorrow with a group from school. I will need to take some Aleve again to make it but hopefully it will be OK. I will ice it tomorrow night. It might rain tomorrow. I hope it holds off until we finish. We are going out to lunch afterwards. My goal is to finish in less time than my last 5K which was 43 minutes.
I am doing the biggest loser at work. I am currently in second place with 2 weeks to go. I figure if I eat nothing for the next 2 weeks I still probably can't win. I will try to behave myself and see if I can win. This will be the 4th time in 6 years that this person will win if she does. Everyone is annoyed since this will be the 4th time she has lost the same pounds to win. Oh well it is helping to keep my on track. Good, healthy eating to everyone.

thanks, ladies! we are going out tonite, instead of last night. i can almost taste that burger now! i do pretty well at ruby tuesday since i don't eat the roll or the ff potato. i will, however, have dessert. 8-o. their prime burger is to die for (probably true, my poor arteries!) but since i don't do this often i think it will be ok. i will toss in a salad as filler and vitamins! and yes, lots of water! i plan to get serious (more than usual) because i have already bought my swimsuit and even tho' it's pretty, it is not the size i want to be wearing! i would love to be too thin to wear it! need to go get ready-- my date will be here soon.......

I'd like to join you guys in this aswell, is that still possible?
A friend of mine recommended a new diet that he's had great success with and I'm going to try the same. (this one http://gmdiets.com/reviews/a-personalized-diet-for-you/).
Been working out for the last 2 months but really willing to take that next step and lose the final (many) pounds, haha.

Congrats Nancia! I'm more than ever convinced that exercise is as important as the food I'm choosing. Now again I'm putting getting to my fitness center #1 for this coming week. My right side is deteriorating and I've got to do my PT workout to slow the wasting that's happening. That is if I want to stay out of a nursing home.

Is it to late to sign in for May!!? I'm sorry, I've been so busy boxing and packing getting ready to move. I think the date that stuck in my mind was the 10th for the Skinny Quarter!!!

    Hello all,
Still trying. Some days are better than others. Trying to focus on other things than food. Hope you all have a great day.
