sheesh, irish! i guess that proved to be great motivation. at a conference once i saw a door prize that i thought was great, so i opened my big mouth and said, "i'm going to win that". sure enough, they pulled my number. i was so embarrassed! and really pleased. there are times it's not good to be a loud mouth! lol. i'm sure some were wondering how the m.c. got my number! lol--strictly luck, i promise!

Cool day here - no walking here again today. I got a little sewing done and a lot of snacking. Monday, always a good day to start fresh after a treat day.

I have eaten so much this weekend I am surprised I'm not sick. Walked a 5K on Saturday and went out to lunch afterwards. I ate a huge hamburger and sweet potato fries. So yummy! The for dinner we got food from a new restaurant that opened here. It is kinda like Chipotle. Had bacon and eggs for breakfast. Today was my dads 88th birthday. Pigged out again. I made dessert-coconut creme pie, lemon meringue pie, and strawberry angel food cake roll. Tomorrow I have to get out of bed early and hit the elliptical. I am afraid of the scale. Worst eating weekend in almost a year.

Again I am bad and have not gotten my FQ's in the mail. I will try to get it together tomorrow and have my DH put it in the mail. I can't even get to my mailbox these days!!!!

Oh Great!! OK I'm in for MAY! And I'm sending my Skinny Q. in and hope it gets there in time. I'm extremely excited about this month. My daughter and I are moving into a very nice neighborhood where we will be able to get out and walk in the evenings or mornings. We are currently in the country on a busy rode and so hilly it's almost impossible to walk. We've even thought about getting a couple of bikes!

I haven't been able to sign into any maessages on the board that I get emails for -- I finally got in by going thru google. I hope I'm back on line -- I've beeen sensory deprived -- and I lost a pound last week!!
