Seems like May was a very busy and difficult month for many of us. I know I am glad to start on a fresh month. I only lost about a pound, so no FQs for me. I was in such a fog the last couple weeks that I haven't even been walking.

OOPS............i was so tired last night and in so much pain when I got home from work I went straight to bed within 30 minutes of eating some dinner.
