Thank you all for the positive comments.
The patterns are not difficult. My biggest challenge is appliqueing the pieces, though I'm getting better. I have previously done very little applique. I have rheumatoid arthritis and my hands do not work well. My DD has been a big help in making the flowers with ribbon and sewing them to the cover. I use my DSM, not an embroidery machine.
