i'm in, i enjoy sending out FQ's. glad to do it. makes it fun. and i know the person getting them, feels like it's xmas everymonth. cheap diet club......

I'll go again. At least I haven't gained anything but water. Which I lose at night. We will start going back to the gym this week, that should help me somewhat.

well, ladies, i want you to know it's working for me. not a lot, not quick. 9 lbs less than when i started 2 mo ago. slowww. but i couldn't get started. couldn't get motivated. not real motivated now, but know i am trying, and eating smarter, and leaving the junk food alone. most of the time. i think, i will like it, if this site does tone down a little, but just MHO. but, then i was busy, and didn't get on here lots. i'm making a jane stickle quilt. and it is going along fine. doing maybe 12 blocks a week, i think.

I have heard some say they are making a block for each pound lost for their weight loss quilt. I think I'll do that starting THIS month. It will help put me back on track, I've been slacking.
I'm going to use the same FQ fabric I send the winner. Just a thought.
