I wish I could box up everything foodwise in my house and send it to someone. The cookies I keep for my DH seem to be calling my name especially after dinner and in the middle of the night. I've been really watching the serving sizes of things I eat and that is an eye opener. The hard part is when I'm tired or there is an social activity that includes refreshements like graduation party tonight for our grandkids. Just have to take it ODAAT and keep plugging away. Does anyone have a suggestion for a good pedometer I can buy?

I want to thank everyone for the beautiful floral fat quarters I received. I love all the colors. I have decided to use the fat quarters to make a quilt for myself. I haven't decided what pattern I will use yet. Thank you all again!!!! Big hugs, Sandy

Missy, I'm so proud of your weight loss. I recently went through my closet and found some clothes that fit me again, now that I have lost 24 lbs. It is a wonderful feeling. I am so happy for you, in having that same feeling when you put on that dress. woooohooo. You go girl!!! Keep up the good work and you will be at your designated weight before you know it.
