    Missy!
I have a brand new pair of size 22 jeans for you to get when you are ready! I bought them, they are too small for me, but they will fit you very very soon! Very cool skinny jeans just for you!

You are going to make it! I am so proud, proud of you!

    Yeah! Missy!

 Way to go, Missy. You are to be commended for sticking to the liquid diet and your exercise. How much have you lost in May? You may be the winner even though you don't compete the whole month.

Others who can lose weight better get going - this girl is motivated. I can't lose weight fast enough to give her a run for the FQs.

Just walked the dogs. Very cool out, but very pretty with the sun shining.

I just talked to the nurse at the hospital and I weighed 416.8 at the beginning of the month. So far, I have lost 16 pounds. Once the last .8 comes off (plus a few pounds to account for different scales), I will be even more happy.

I sure hope I do all that is needed to get these pounds off so I can go under the knife. I have never wanted to be cut on more in my life as I do right now.

I promise to keep you guys updated as I will be going back to the hospital to weigh in again on Friday.

I am taking today off from the gym because I have a cold and am not breathing through my nose well right now. Ugh. Oh well. Soon it will be gone. The doctor I saw today for the cold said that she would put me on antibiotics on Friday if I wasn't better by then. I should be though. No worries there. Tomorrow I will be back to the gym!!

    Love yall!!

    Good Evening All,

Congrats on a great job losing weight Missy!

I spent the day out in my garden. I consider today a full day of working out! I hoed, dug, planted, hauled, hoed some more, hauled more. Sad thing is I only got half my planting done. Still have tomatoes and eggplant to get planted. I'm considering taking a trip to Joanns in the morning to use my 50% coupon and pick up a couple of things I need. I also need to pick up some dirt at Menards. (really sucks to have to buy dirt!)

My scale was not nice to me today. Absolutely no change. Grr!

Has anyone tried the Diet Solution Program? I just watched their video online and it was looking pretty interesting. Then I was reading through their forum and it seems like, although they say it's easy to adjust to a vegetarian diet, vegetarian customers are finding it hard to follow.
Bummer. I was actually thinking of giving it a try.

Good job on your weigh in Missy! Keep up the good work. Is you surgery scheduled yet?

I've had a good day- walked 2.25 miles on the treadmill & my eating has been good.
