    Ok Gwyn, nosy question. Have you raised your legs up when you go to bed. To take the pressure off your lower back.?

    Yes I do!! :cry: All the time!! I don't sleep but maybe 1-2 hours at night then up maybe sleep 2-3 hours in the mornning!!! :thumbdown: :-( :cry: :!:

    I believe I have the same thing along with arthritus! :cry: :thumbdown: I hope I spelled that right, if not I hope you don't take points off for bad spelling! :lol: I also suffer from Migraines that my brother, sister and I all have. We get these from our mother! Poor mom before she passed in March she lived with very severe migraines all of her life. :cry: She retired from being a hairdresser when she was 40 because she could no longer work. Now I have the worst migraines in the family and carpol tunnel. I have already had surgery for that on both hands but after 5 years it is back and I am afraid I may have to do it again! :cry: :thumbdown:

    It isn't my lower back. It is between the bottom of my bra strap and my waist. I have a bony mass there that I lay on. It is big enough that it makes either side painful too.

    I have an adjustable bed so I raise the feet up all the time.

    I think it does I wish that was my problem!!! I am 45 and have a Best that is 49 and at my age went through it, now is over. When will it be my turn!! ????? :thumbdown:
