I thought I would check in early tonight to see who was here. I'll be up most of the night. This is the night I enjoy listening to TV and quilting.

I cleaned my entire room and found most of the stuff that was missing. I still need to finish cleaning the bathroom, but I can set up my new quilt frame in here now. YEy! Happy dance.

Well Ladies I am off to bed. To frustrated to do anything else.
My squares are not square. Ready to pull my hair out.
Everything was going so well. sighs
Have to go to doctor's tomorrow for tests. Supposed to be routine.
    Night....

    Have you tried Ambien CR?
You've just describe my symptoms when I finished chemo - then my oncologists prescribed Ambien CR . I was already an insomniac, but it had become much worse. I'm probably adicted, but who cares! It's the only way I can for sleep 8 hours.

I've tried several times to go without it when I've been so sleepy that I knew I'd fall asleep easily - but I woke up 2 or 3 hours later. I have acid reflux so I can't drink Sleepy Time tea - no mint; very little dairy, so no warm milk; the things I can't eat or drink are so numerous, I won't go into detail. The bottom line is that my docs agree that I need Ambien CR.
