Ambien is vital for me to sleep. When I have run out and had to wait to get my next bottle in the mail, I just figure it is time to do a couple very long projects. I know I will be up so I stock the fridge with healthy snacks and find myself a couple of mystery quilts to make. No use getting upset. That just makes everyone miserable.

I do lie down for an hour in the morning and afternoon to give my body a little rest. If I fall asleep good, if not, good. It is all good.

Hi everyone...well, I just got on here. My computer time is just starting. I worked on my quilt for my daughter. Basted and pulled it apart so many times, it's driving me crazy. Last night I went to bed at 3 am and was still awake at 5 am !!!!

Hi all, just checking in. Had a bad night last night I've had a sore throat and cough so I was up several times during the night. This morning I couldn't talk above a whisper. Got a little better during the day but by this evening it was back. Just can't talk much.
Well that's the topper to the evening, my only light in this room just blew and it's not the bulb it's the socket. So one more thing on DH honey do list.

I don't know what a BB quilt is, but it is too bad you have to rip it apart. Sometimes that is the only answer. It is really sad when the quilt is being quilted and you decide you just can't live with whatever it is. My husband used to look at me and say "Remember, it is folkart. There aren't any mistakes in folkart. Forget it and go on."

Oh, I can't stop yawning. I think I may try to go to sleep. I'll be back if this doesn't work.
