Marye: Happy birthday! I hope you did something fun.

I don't know why, but I am getting really sleepy. Maybe I took my medicine too early.

The weather wasn't too bad today. Yesterday it was okay, but Sunday it was really muggy. Our weather is supposed to be nice until the weekend. I'm hoping it will not be too bad. We are having a garage sale on Saturday.

I keep nodding off and then startling awake. Maybe I should shut my eyes and go to sleep.

I'm up, but only because there's a sewing project that has to be finished tonight, just finished baking a cake for my DSIL's birthday tomorrow and there is another load of laundry that still needs to go in the dryer. Another day of 105 and I'll melt forever.

For all of you in chronic pain, I just wish I could hug you and get you on my massage table...there are things that I can do to help alleviate the pain that most of you are experiencing. God Bless.

Do you really mean that? Would massage help the pain all over my back and legs and neck? I would fly out to see you if it would. I don't even know how to get a massage...especially since my husband died in April. My feet and hands are swollen. I've read about massage as a healing thing. It would be awesome. Is there anything I can do for myself?

Gwyn, I have a massager chair it works pretty good for me.
