My bed has a massage setting, but I've never used it because it is really noisy. Maybe I"ll try it tonight.

I've heard there are pressure points that can help cure headaches, food cravings, depression, etc. Do you know about that? I want to try anything to cure my sleep and painproblems

Is there anything I can do for myself?
Gwyn, send me a PM with a number that I can reach you either tomorrow morning or Friday midday. I will give you a call and we will see what we can figure out to help you.

No Gwyn, I have nerve damage in my lower back that comes and goes whenever I try to be a normal person and do to much like clean house do dishes or work at anything for too long a time. I have just been overdoing it this summer and it caught up with me. I used to have to get steroid shots that would work wonders and let me feel like I could do anything. But they don't work anymore and I have to be much more careful. I am much better today so another couple of days of doing almost nothing and I will be myself again. Thanks for you concern.
    You take care of yourself

I think it can help. I was very fortunate that the son of a friend was processing to be a masseus sp? He needed hours and hours worth of practice. Ofcourse there was the initial getting used to having my friend's kid that I have known since he was in diapers and is my oldest son best friend, massage my rather round old body. Now just seeing Sam makes me smile.

It is really dangerous to post your telephone number. This is an open forum and you never know what kind of a weirdo could be out there.
