He had done many series of steroid type injections in the beginning it helped a lot. now it's not lasting. It is also a pain management clinic. they did a mri last month and found something also with L5 and he did different shots for that area. again worked a little bit but then i am right back to where I was. I have just had a heart procedure last month so for now concentrating on recovering from that and then after the first of the year will go back and start with the back again. Mine is from a car wreck in 2000, in my opinion. No problems before then.

Gail, where are you tonight? Did you get your new fridge? It was a fridge wasn't it? Remember, I'm still dizzy so might be a different appliance. ha

Sorry I missed you Gwyn So glad you got some rest. I have back problems to and the shots don't help much any more but I'm lucky that the pain is't constant. I have to be very careful with what I do or I'm down in bed for a few days. My disc's are almost gone and that caused the nerves to be pinched and then damaged. Doctor said surgery will be the absolute last option. Things could be much worse. We just do what we have to and find something good to be thankful for each day.
Hey Pat,hope your felling better and yes we got the refrigerator they delivered it about 3 so I had time before class to wash it out before putting any food in it. So nice not to have to buy ice every day to keep things cold. I don't mind that when we camp or go on a picnic but not day to day living.

Well,it is 1:00 a.m. and nobody is around. I guess you are all asleep or sewing. I guess I probably should go try. We had a really busy day. Tomorrow won't be quite as busy, but I am going to help my mother get several dinners cooked and stored for after I go home. I hope I can teach her ways to do it herself. Since I came to visit, I've been cooking and making sure she eats her snacks. She has gained 4 pounds. For her, that is an important 4pounds. If I can feed her a couple more weeks, she will be back to where she was a year ago.

Well, I think I'll go check my eyelids for leaks. Sleep well...

Gail: We are so spoiled. In the old days, not only did we have to use ice for the refrigerator, we had to harvest it from the pond too.

Feeling better tonight. Have to sleep with 3 pillows, supposed to stay at a 45 degree angle to get rid of these dizzy's. So will be going to bed soon, it's been a trying day.

I'm here also but not for long. Had a bad night last night and only got four hours of sleep at best. Hope you all have a good night.
    Bye for now

I'm here, but I keep dosing off. Probably should go to bed I'm starting to crave foods I can't really have. This happens all the time. Probably why I'm 125 pounds overweight.

Hope you each have a peacful night so you can rejuvinate. Take care, Gwyn
