Yes, I think her father lost his mind a long time ago as far as his daughters. And unfortunately, the little ones are the girls who are so crazy about her. I refuse to buy anything for my granddaughter with Hannah Montana on it!

Ok, she is 17 and wanting to shed her Hannah Montana image. I did not find the video that offensive and I think it is just that we are so used to her as Hannah. But I sure have seen far worse.Madonna, Britney Spears, Lyndsey Lohan, just to name a few. This same thing happened with Daniel Radcliffe who plays Harry Potter when he did the play Equius. It really is not their fault---Hollywood is the one who is extremely bad at typecasting actors/singers. These young adults have far more talent but in order to break the mold, they have to go to the extreme. Sad but true.

Her world is very different then I think any of us can imagine. All she knows is to be a performer and has to have new and daring performances to keep herself marketable. I doubt she thought of it as anything but a new performance to talk about to the media.

I've hated Miley Cyrus from the very beginning. The whole Hanna Montana thing and young girls obsession with her was very annoying. My hate has reached a new high. And everyone's saying "Oh, she's all grown up now". No, she's on her way to becoming another overly sexed up, vulgar, non-stop party music pop diva. Not saying she should stay 15 forever, but you don't have to dress like a prostitute to be grown up. At least before when she was still playing the role of Hanna Montana she might have been a somewhat decent role model. But this? I feel sorry for all those little girls who look up to her because they don't need this kind of trash as their role model.

Though I must admit, I did happen to like that dragon scale dress she was wearing in the video. But that's the only plus I'll give this garbage.
