    I received this for an xmas present. It has an electrical issue.

    Keurig is sending me a new one! Kudos to them!!!

    I just got one of these for my bridal shower last week. I absolutely love mine. So glad they are resolving the issue for you .

    Good for you that the company is honoring their 'dead'.

    After 30 years of owning only Mr. Coffee machines, I spluged and purchased a Braun and haven't regretted a single '3 minute brew' yet!
