Thanks for the nice compliments. It's a thrift store dress for $70. It's more than I like to spend, but she really liked it and we didn't have to leave town to buy it. At 4.08 a gallon, not leaving town is a plus.
The hair was done on hot rollers and held with an old banana clip from the 80's. Remember those? The clip is older than she is!! LOL
