Morning person
#21
I try to be a morning person. I used to be when my kids were little 'cause I freelanced on top of having a full time job and being a single mom so I did all my "extra" work in the morning before I got the kids up. Now that they are all grown and on their own, I'm usually up by 7 or 8; usually depends on how late I stay up the night before; its rare that I go to bed before 11.

I was always a night person until I had kids. Then I found the only "me" time I could get was to get up early (5:30) and have been doing it ever since. I love the light early in the morning. It has become my favorite time of day.

Love the mornings. I'm up at 5:30 and after hubby goes off to work, i clean up whatever i didn't the night before and get ready for the day (with lots of coffee) The only trouble with that is sometime i look at the clock and think it's hours later than it is! Makes for a long day at times.

After i get hubby off to work, i head outside with the furbabies, and my coffee. i wait quielty for the hummers to come feed. then i putz around out there with my clippers..deadheading flowers. i love it on my deck..overlooking the garden.
mornings are glorious for me..
i do take a nap though..around noon or 1, for an hour. and i am in bed by 10pm or so.

I have always been a morning person! I guess I can blame that on my Dad...I was the second child and wiped out his tracks anytime he was around and went with him when I probably should not have to work and such. His entire life he got up early and once he was up he felt like everyone should be up!!! He has been gone since 1999 and I still miss him terribly!!!

I'm a total night owl. I cannot remember ever waking up before 7 except when I went into labor for my second child. I watched the sun come up and it was beautiful. But I really don't like the early morning. I always wake up in a fog no matter what time I get up. I have to have it quiet until the fog lifts :D

I don't know what you would call me. I am at my best with about 6 hours sleep. I would often get to bed at 1 am and be up at 7 am. I don't like getting up real early (before 6) but I don't like going to bed early either. I always wake up in a very good mood (I was called "chipper" this morning at swimming.) It is as the day goes on and someone is rude or snarls at me that my mood starts to change. But if I am annoyed with someone or something I will not take it out on anyone else - hard to do sometimes. I think people who do not wake up "chipper" would really hate me in the morning.

My body clock goes off at 5:00 AM. I am a retired teacher and have gotten up at that time for over 40 years. Now I sub in a catholic school....I pick my work days so I can sew when I feel like it. By noon, my energy has demenished and I am ready for a nap!!!!! then back to sewing.
