Default My Cheeseburger Cookies I made for Christmas Dinner tomarrow!

I used to make these when I cooked for daycare. I decided to make them this year as we have alot of little kids in our family and they will all be there tomarrow. I think these will be a big hit with the big kids as well as the little kids! They're not really Christmasy but I wanted to do something differant this year besides my homemade bread and homemade turkey and noodles I am taking also.

This cookie is 2 vanilla wafers powdered sugar frosting tinted green for lettuce and yellow for cheese and a mint patty in the middle. So easy to make. The hardest part was finding wafers that weren't broken!

Some cheeseburgers lined up on my counter

2 Dozen ready to go tomarrow!

Have to add a pic of my Sally Lunn Bread

Dinner rolls aren't exactly square but they taste great

The cookies are so fun I used to make them for my kids school parties and last year made them for my grandson to take to school for his birthday!

A lot of kids don't like mint so I have used homemade choc cookie for the middle instead of a mint patty.

Your cookies are adorable. How you made the cheese look so realistically melted, I don't know - real artistic talent!

I'm thinking you could use little brownie rounds instead of mint patties for a different texture and taste, but the mint is very seasonal right now.

That baby sure is cute, by the way!

Rhonda, thanks so much for the idea....I'm sure my grandchildren and probably the grown children also will love them. You are obviously very talented. Merry Christmas
