I did.

Good for him! They really don't know what they are saying sometimes. Like mine who, when I told him I wanted my first sewing machine, asked me "Why do you need a sewing machine? You don't sew." Well, duh!

My husband has only said he really liked 3 out of the umpteen quilts I've made. One was the one I made for him out of Texas Tech fabric. One was a baby quilt I made for his old boss's grandson. And one was a quilt I made for his mother that had all the kids, grandkids, greatgrands and spouses appliqued on hearts. Other than that, he says MMMM and that's about it. But he knows I enjoy it and gives me no grief about the time/money spent. I spend way less on my hobby than he does on Tech season tickets to every sport known to mankind.

That's great that he realized he hurt you and apologized. That's something my husband won't do. Even when I tell him he hurt my feelings, he refuses to apologize. He just says, "I didn't do anything wrong." Grrrrrrr

Actually I haven't touched my sewing today too many other things getting in the way today. Like this board.

I'm glad to hear he apologized. Now remember that it's sometimes as hard to accept an apology as to offer one. Forgive him and you will forget in time!
