Today my DH came into my sewing room and while looking around, told me he is looking for something straight, long and thin to use for a project he is doing in the house. My first Unspoken Thought was NOT MY RULERS. He picked up my #2 favorite ruler, looked it over and declared it not long enough. After hearing that, my first Spoken Thought was, "If you can find something in here, Love, I'll be happy to share it with you." Now aren't I the loving wife? LOL

My hubby often has to come looking for his carpenter square in my sewing room but I have to go look in his garage for my silicone spray. I'm also a computer tech so he often swipes my small wire cutters, needle nose pliers and tiny little screwdrivers & bits. He keeps my quilting frame level and tries to think up new little gizmos for me so I guess we're even--LOL.

Since my DH gave me a Perfect Sewing room this year, he is more than welcome to come in borrow whatever he needs! He is also the one who cleans and repairs all my machines. Could you say no?

I hope he doesn't come to your sewing room and borrows your scissors!

After mine used my "Good" scissors to cut paper, he now stays a good 2 feet away from any of my supplies.
