No, I have one too. It's a collection from my grandmother, mother and me. My DH thinks I have a lot of fabric but he hasn't seen the ones posted here. LOL

Grandma 58, I'm planning on coming tomorrow morning. I'll make sure I introduce myself. I went to an auction in Livingston a few weeks ago and they had almost that many zippers (did you buy them there?) or are having a boat load of zippers just a Montana thing? See you tomorrow.

Wish I was there to help you....... just take it one box at a time. Don't let it overwhelm you, simply take a box, then the next etc..... it WILL get done & you'll feel sooo much better. Hope you have a very successful sale..... wish I was coming to it !!! :-)

If you haven't seen it or used it in the last 6 months - Get rid of it. You won't be able to find it if you do need it. Clear it out and start with fresh beautiful new stuff. And maybe a few less zippers

You can go here and find out how to make those zipper flowers. Hope this comes through.

That's a mighty huge collection to get rid of even before you can have a garage sale. Yikes! That's all I can say. :-)

I have been working on sorting this stuff for 4 years, little by little and I do have a love hate relationship with it. I love washing the fabric and hanging it on the line to dry when it is warm. I love folding it and snatching a piece I am going to use right now, packing the rest in containers to use later. Some of it I have to sit with for awhile before I figure out what to do with it. For me this is an interesting process - much of this fabric and the zippers are not things I would have ever thought to buy. Yet there are so many different things to do with it all.
